I love the equipment

I ordered a usb to upgrade my device It worked like a charm

Great experience

All good. rebate was handled promptly. New Weather station set up easily.

It was OK

Nothing but good experience with my new weather station.

I think the product is really good, but I can't get customer support to respond to my emails to get the full functionality of the weather station.

It went fine.

The Ambient WS5000 components are excellent quality and value and the assembly and mounting of the components was straightforward. Ambient’s support tools, including product manuals and videos, was helpful and the color display is easy to read and well organized.

Love the weather station!

We are enjoying your product. We had some minor issues with tolerance on mounting screws. Other than that setup was straightforward. We found the “package deal”product comparisons on the website helpful. We tried the build-your-own option, but realized the package deal had what we wanted for the same price.

I have had less downtime than with my previous weather station. So far it has not required any specific maintenance

Ordering was easy. Nice to get something on sale.

Great customer service and fast shipping. Would buy again

I have the weather station 5000. I would have given you five stars if you would only improve two things.

You decided to heat everything on the unit except the rain gauge. It should have the option of being heated. if you don’t want us do this, then, at least allow other heated rain gauges to be compatible with your display.

The other issue I have with this system. I put my longitude and latitude into this display. It shows my sunrise and sunset. However, when I go on deer Ambient Network. It shows me a different time

You should make an automated it should be based on Ambient Network. Obviously, you are using a different longitude and latitude, then what google earth uses. Otherwise, I have the same time for sunrise and sunset.

I’ve been looking at kits. Which would allow me to heat your rain gauge. It’s not as expensive as you think it is. You could use the same principles that use on the other gauge which measure temperature, humidity, wind, speed, wind, direction, and dewpoint.

That’s the only way I’m gonna be able to measure precipitation during the winter. It would be in liquid form. Then I could measure frozen precipitation. Then I would be able to know how much precipitation I got for that day.

It would allow my rain gauge to last longer. Made out of plastic being frozen. Hass to be hard on those plastic cups which dumps the water out when measuring.

Excellent service and product

Overall, l I had a better than average experience, I feel. Ordering was easy (once I knew what model I wanted) and shipping was quick.

We ordered the ambient weather with the poll. We did not receive a poll.

Fast and efficiently delivered.
