Replacement sensor array arrived quickly. Installation was only slowed by having to find a #2 phillips screwdriver skinny enough to fit it the holes to remove the old unit. Instruction sheet is in tiny print, had to scan it and enlarge it on my computer. Photos could be clearer. Once installed, the unit connected to my display unit without further effort. Nice to have all my weather parameters being reported again!

We had purchased items from Ambient Weather in the past and have always been pleased with thier service. So when it came time to update our home weather station it just made sense to call them.. We are sailors on the Monterey Bay and we need to rely on the information that is provided. It needs to be real time and accurate. I made this up grade for my husband for Christmas so I needed to ask a few questions. I left a message and was called right back. The sales person was knowledgeable, patient. When I needed some information on their service provider and connections for our weather station they were happy to assist me in making the right decision that would work for what we already and the new equipment. You can shop other places that might be less expensive, but the old adage is true “You get what you pay for”.

We have just set up our system. It was relatively easy set up and seems to be working great!

Purchased our current weather station from Ambient Weather, had it more than a year and are very happy with it! Our son asked for one for Christmas and it was a no brainer to get him one like ours. He was thrilled!

The purchase once I decided what I wanted was simple and the notifications of its shipping came quickly as did its arrival. Upon putting everything together we noticed it was missing the display. I emailed them around 3:30 on a friday day before a long New Years Eve weekend and heard back almost immediately and was told it would be shipped out that day and I would receive shipping details that night, which I did. It has arrived we are hooked up and we love it. Fantastic customer services!

Excellent and accurate weather station. Not too difficult to set up although the instructions could be a little more careful. The service is also top notch with quick responses to questions etc. Clear recommendation from here!

Only had it a couple of weeks but so far I like it. Still waiting for it to rain and storm so I can test the Lightning module which I purchased seaparately. Only bad thing was that I purchased the lightning transmitter with a 10% discount which it showed at checkout but when I received my invoice, I was only given a 5% discount which they were going to reimburse me for but still haven't done so.

I am a long time user of Ambient equipment. The website was helpful in determining the specific replacement unit that I needed.

Tried to buy WS-5000 Online unsuccessfully, three times on 12-20-2022. Spent well over an hour trying. Finally, called Customer Service and had a human help and got the weather station ordered. Not happy with the online experience. Just about decided to not order at all. Customer Service experience was good.
