Good, but the remote sensor was ordered but not included in the shipment. CS is arranging for delivery of the missing item.

Couldn’t ask for any better! Ordered a
WS-5000 weather station at a stellar price during the “Twelve days of Christmas” sale. I received it promptly, so no complaints!

They were very responsive to getting me the replacement rain gauge funnel that blew away in a storm and when the USPS sent it far from my location the Customer Service group sent me out a replacement (which did arrive) in time for the latest series of California rain events so thank you very much.

This was not a great experience. I ordered 5 temp/humidity sensors. I received 5 lightning sensors. I have been trying to call for 4 days to arrange return. No one answers the phone and I’m directed to a leave a voicemail and told I’ll receive a call back. I’ve left messages for 4 days and have still not received a call back. Can someone please return my call? Or answer my call? I’m at 440 796 5829.
Thanks,

I was led to believe, pre-purchase, that two items were compatible. When I made the purchase and couldn't get them to work I reached out to support. After a long back and forth, I provided proof that what was included in my purchase was not indeed compatible. They stopped responding. I was forced to purchase an additional sensor to get full functionality. The sensor was not terribly expensive and should have been provided at no charge. I didn't even get an apology.

I enjoy my Ambient station and live in a coastal climate. It would nice if you used
stainless mounting hardware. My original hardware rusted to the point of breakage.
Use stainless, it is after all, mounted outside.

AW's products are second to none. For a weather nerd like myself, refraining from buying all of their products at once is a struggle!

Your online store appears to be organized on the "bait & switch" principle.
First, new visitors to your site are bombarded with an obtrusive "Subscribe for 10% Off" popup. I don't like rewarding such behavior, but I knew I was planning to buy a weather station, so 10% could be worthwhile. So I signed up... and guess what, no coupon code ever arrived. So, you got my subscription on false pretenses.
I'd decided on a WS-2902, and actually had it in my cart at Amazon (because I wasn't getting 10% off from you, was I), but was still reading about it on your site before purchase - when I noticed that buying it from you included an "exclusive" extra sensor. So I bought it from your site instead - and guess what, the extra sensor never arrived. More lies just to make the sale.
I'm amazed you're still in business with highly shady practices like these!
