Although we like the product, we're extremely disappointed that something we bought less than 3 years ago has been considered obsolete. We were told to continue using our weather station to its fullest potential we had to buy a new display/monitor screen. They did give us a discount, but it still cost us $35. This is the second disappointment, the first was when the outside unit went bad 18 months out. We had to buy a new one of those. I have recommended these to three of my neighbors. All three have purchased them. They too had to get a new display/monitor, and feel like I'm to blame. I won't be recommending them anymore.

Bought a WS2000 that came with a WH65B outdoor sensor. The two are not communicating even after following the instructions and suggestions on the FAQ page of Ambient Weather. The indoor sensor does communicate with the base. Order number 8000060289.

Very easy to shop at the online store though was disappointed as when signing up for email notifications, I was supposed to have received a code for 10% off my first weather station order and I never received a code for the discount.

A little hard to find what I wanted but overall it was very easy.

We had to upgrade our existing console, which required us to buy a new console and return the old one for a rebate. This was confusing and not satisfactory. 1. We had to pay the postage to return the old one. 2. The form initially rejected our return since the serial number being returned did not match the one purchased.
I like the weather station itself, but support has been consistently poor.

Only issue is mounting option. Would like to see a more universal mount so that easily attach to wood post or other post rather than the round metal post only hardware

I've had no problems with my equipment except that spiders get into the rain gauge and build webs that prevent the cup from dropping.

Easy purchase, quick shipping, and easy set up once I received my weather station. What more could you ask for? This is the second weather station I have bought from Ambient and will be sticking with them for all of my weather station needs.
