No problems with the purchase and delivery was fast.

Received my order in just two days. Hard to beat that kind of service

Everything was handled professionally... the product arrived as indicated... The items I purchased were to add to what my son already had... I will be purchasing for myself in the future... thank you...

Easy.

So far we love it. So nice to see everything

Everything went as expected from ordering, delivery, set up and so far function. My only complaint is I got 3 marketing emails before the item even arrived. You'd better believe they take this to heart, "Now that you are part of the Ambient Weather Family, we treat you like one of our own." because you will hear from them on a regular basis until you unsubscribe.

I was glad to find a price $30 below the usual - shipped and delivered quickly, even during the Christmas rush. Bought it as a gift - the recipient was very pleased with the product. Thanks!

I have two, one at home and one at my farm. I like them a lot.

My experience was good.
I purchased this as a gift for my husband Earl Best and now we are working to set it up and program it.

Great products, quick shipping!

Great products, very fast Shipping. The only thing I can think of to improve the equipment would be to make some type of screw adjustment to help fine tune the level of the rain cup. The weather camera looks to be well built, BUT, set-up is NOT as easy as 1,2,3,4.

Very simple experience the package arrived in good condition and the assembly was a good experience as well.

After my old system finally gave up (5+ years), the Ambient Sales Rep advised me of the best replacement system....and that the newer updated models have replacement parts. Nice! Further, Ambient honored a sale price when I missed the sale date for the model I wanted. Excellent knowledgeable sales staff and great customer service. So far, the new model appears well made and is working great.

Ambient support answered my questions pre-sale to help me decide on the wx station I wanted.
Creating an account, and placing the order online was quick and efficient.
The tracking was excellent, and placing an order on December 20, I received the product by December 22.
The post sales support is also some of the best I have ever experienced. Things such as sending you links to FAQ and videos to help with the installation process and set up is excellent.
When I did run across an issue that I could not determine the solution to, I sent an email and received a response within one hour with a link to a very clear description of exactly what I needed.
Many companies build hardware and sell it, however the human element of ambient is outstanding with their support both on the phone and email.
I also like to do business with an Arizona company since I am located in Arizona.
The product I selected is a WS – 5000 which although it was quite expensive, it replaced a product I had had in service from a competitor for 10 years that has performed well.
The performance of the ultrasonic anemometer on the WS 5000 is amazing—we had a winter storm coming through, and I put it up in the morning before the storm hit.
It recorded a peak wind gust 68.2 mph and the response time and refresh rate at 4.9 seconds is wonderful.
I also did not expect it to work with Starlink Internet to connect to Ambient Weather However, I thought I would go ahead and give it a try anyhow —and it works perfectly!!!
I am continuing to learn, and I am highly impressed with the accuracy in the calibration standards Ambient used on this product
I would highly recommend ambient and their products to others

My station was easy to connect to WiFi. The app provides a lot of useful information. I had one minor issue with the wind sensor which in fairness occurred during a flash freeze weather event. Customer support was excellent and sent me a replacement part immediately. There was even a follow up call to be sure I was being taken care of. I chose Ambient because of the reviews which spoke well of customer service and I can confirm that they are accurate.

Everything went together fine

Shopping was easy. Upgrade not so easy. Most instructions only addressed the install of the system/package. Great instructions.
Didn't find how to remove and replace Just the console. (should be removed before setting up replacement console). Trial and error and now have AWS and Wunderground working, Note: Station ID will change.

It is a Xmas gift for my husband. Everything is great. He loves it! Display could be a bit better according to him. :)

Web site is easy to use and delivery of purchases is efficient.

I ordered a new weather display since the old one will not be supported after Jan 31st. The e-mail said you would get $35.00 off with details with your order. The e-mail also said you could continue to use your old display. I wasn't happy about it but ordered then display. When the display arrived I found out that you had to return the old display to get the $35 discount. I feel that should have been prominently stated in the e-mail and it wasn't. I felt like it was misleading to state you would offer a $35 discount and that you could still use the second sensor in your home. That implied that you didn't have to mail back the old display to get the discount. I really like my weather station but I am very annoyed about how the sunsetting of the old display application was handled.
