Purchased a WS-2902D-Console as an additional console for the WS-2000 weather station. Disappointed that this console does not use actual buttons because the new design uses far too sensitive touch controls. Also much prefer the layout of the original console display. It works with the station but is not fun to use. Setup instructions also leave a lot to be desired.

Arrived quick and speedy…very complete weather station.. installation was easy!
Love that it interfaces with other Ambient weather stations…. We fought a house at a lake 4 hrs away and there’s one we can follow .2 miles from our vacation home.
Booklet didn’t have how to mount unit collectively, so was a bit of a learning curve there… overall happy so far.

My cheaper weather station died, so I did my research and decided to purchase an Ambient Weather Station for my direct oceanfront condo to monitor temps, humidity, wind speed, etc. Arrived quickly with easy setup and installation. Very pleased!

The store web site makes it easy to compare/contrast different models. They also have videos describing each product that make it even easier to choose your product.

The purchasing and shipping process for the WS-2000 was exceptional. However when we assembled the unit and started the setup it will not connect to our WIFI. It has been stuck on "connecting" for three days. We have tried rebooting the devise, re-entering the WIFI information, resetting it to factory default. We have moved the devise directly next to the router. The router is not even seeing an attempt to connect. At this point the unit is useless for the purpose it was purchased for, complete waste of time and money.
