Received my order on time with all the extras I ordered included - no mistakes, Thank you! I also appreciate the very helpful customer service. We have had one of your older weather stations for years and you always responded quickly with honest answers. We upgraded our old station and we are very happy with the extra features.

Ambient Weather has a great website that makes it easy to order with great explanations on what accessories will be best for my particular setup. The details in the different manuals are super helpful. I can't wait to get the system installed and sending data.

The replacement part worked well and the price is reasonable.
The instructions are woefully inadequate. The print size is so small that even using my reading glasses I could barely make the words out. The pictures and description to remove the plug are grossly inadequate. Remove what “clip” and how.

I'm kind of neutral on this. I bought this part to have wired connection to weather underground. My previous setup WS-1001 was having difficulty connecting to my new wifi mesh network, so I bought the weather hub to avoid wifi issues. I ,had difficulty setting it up despite assurances from the company that it would work. In the meantime cycling power a number of times on the WS-1001 and it started working again! In any case ambient weather happily accpeted my return, shipping on my - as good as I could expect..

The station works well for the indoor thermometer and 1 of the outdoor thermometers, however the second thermometer/sendor only works sporadically. This second thermometer is the main reason I purchased the system so I could remotely monitor my greenhouse.

Easy as a balmy sunny day was the search and purchase of the temp./humidity sensor. The site search sent me directly to the product required for our specific weather system. MANY thanks for the guidance and checkout process. Ed
