I ordered a weather station as my husband’s Christmas gift. Shipping was timely and well packed, no damage. Received several helpful emails thereafter. I haven’t needed to call customer service, so i cannot rate that, but many thanks!

I had some trouble getting the weather station connected to the computer. I called, they answered in seconds and walked me through it, very patiently. And the weather station works as advertised, so far.

Super easy to set up. Easily connected to wifi unlike competitors devices. Highly recommend this brand if you are looking for a PWS.

This review is for Ambient Weather's WS-2902D. I own a 2909B and bought a second one for a Ranch near Spur, Texas. The D version is easier to setup with Ambient and other internet data uploads. Comparing the 2 stations, there measurements are very close. I was able to setup an API for both stations to download data and to use as a text overlay on webcams (time / temp / rain totals). I also own a Davis weather station that is more expensive. If I had to do it again, I would just buy the Ambient's ws-2902. My original station is now 3 years old. It has lasted thru 1" hail storms, a rain/windstorm of 65 mph, 3" of rain in 20 minutes (downburst) and 110 degree days in West Texas.

So far it's been great. Only thing that bummed me out was it wasn't stated enough that the extra sensors don't show on the screen.

Instructions were clear and detailed. All instrument functions were accurate at initial install with little calibration needed. Screen capture windows for wi fi connect were difficult to read. Very satisfied with purchase.

It was ok - wish I would purchased a different unit but it’s ok. Also frustrating that it’s been over 5 days and my camera has still not been approved.

The weather station has not yet been set up, as it is a Christmas gift and it’s not yet Christmas.

My purchase was a Christmas gift and recipient hasn't received it yet. But customer service was great when I called. My only disappointment was website had issues when I tried to purchase it the day it was on sale and had to pay full price.

Not happy that I had to buy a new 2700D so my weather station at a remote cabin could still communicate. Why was that necessary? I really like the weather station. It has been dependable and accurate, as long as the hot spot stays on. Power is off quite often so have hot spot and the weather station hooked up to a UPS with a big battery.

The shopping experience was easy and the pre-black Friday sale was a nice bonus.
