Your shipping is ridiculously expensive, other US suppliers get stuff here free over $50 (iHerb etc). Your shipping was more than the goods! đ

Never followed-up with shipping info. had to call to confirm delivery. No implicit instruction how to return old unit for rebate.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my husband so he hasnât opened it yet and I canât review the product. However, I do rate my online experience with Ambient as excellent! Great communication and fast shipping. An overall excellent experience.

On initially trying to submit my order, the website would not complete the form and enter the order. I received an email later to the effect that I had not completed the order and did I want to do so. I finished the order and submitted it and my new WS-2000 arrived a few days later. All in all, your service was great!

I appreciate the 12 days of Christmas sale promotion. I decided to get a higher level weather station with extra sensors because of the discounts offered. Thanks!

Had to change console due to age and not connecting in the future. They made it easy and gave a $35 rebate for sending the old one in.

upgraded 2902A with 2000. Went well. Called CS three time as console was not registering to outside unit. first callâŠ.reset did not work 2nd call asked me to disable a setting or sensor. That worked. 3rd call to rename the sensors. Could not find it on the console. Manual version different than console.

Good Morning. Odell Lopez did an outstanding job taking care of my issue. ODELL GETS 5 STARS.
I rated your software people a 1 (average 3). It is a small task to move data from a old console to a new console. You store the data and reference it using the console MAC Adress. It is a simple utility to change the MAC Address to the new console on the old data. Run it at night will reduce the load on your database. The end results is a happy customer. Storage is cheap.

Ordering the WS2000 was simple. The sensor array and the display screen were easy to set up and pair. The display provides all of the information you need and it is easy to read. Highly recommended.

The 12 days was great but I ordered should of allowed to buy everything at the end at the sale prices I would had purchased the ws 5000 but already earlier gotten the 2000 so you actually lost out on a upgraded sale, and may have purchased additional add ONS
