Although the delivery was quick, unable to set up.

Refund credit for discontinued console is great to offer. Online process was confusing because it was different from directions. I'm not sure if I got it right to get my refund.

Discontinuing the app in January sure must have increased your revenue stream. The 35.00-dollar rebate makes it palpable.

Support didn't truly answer my question and the software for the new WS2902D did not do what I needed it to do.

This does exactly what it’s supposed to do, very well. Installation was a little challenging, but their support team was there to help. Just one call and an hour solved their minor issues.

This weather station replaces another Ambient that is about 5 years old. I thought that I was buying basically the same unit, but turns out it is about 2/3 the size of the original unit. Shrinkflation?

No complaints with this order. Ordering was fast and easy. Shipping was fast and everything arrived ok as ordered. Took advantage of the veteran discount which I greatly appreciate. Thank you.

The products are great, but the website id kludgy and the products themselves have too many variants. An overall simplification would be a good idea.

Excellent. Was able to get a 10% discount by signing up although it required refreshing the page to get the discount to apply. I have purchased ambient weather products in the past and am quite satisfied with their performance.

The current design of the web site is far greater than the on I used years ago to get my first weather station.

Upon initial installation the unit had issues. Had to go back up on the roof, pull it off the mount, bring into garage, pull batteries out and cover the solor panel for 24 hours until it depleted the charge. Next go thru the start up procedure, climb up the ladder onto the roof and reinstall. Now it seems to be working good except I do not believe the wind speed is working properly. Customer service was helpful just not sure it's registering wind speed correctly.

The shopping experience was fine, about what I would expect.

I would say that the person that handled my issue was helpful in suggesting an alternative rain gauge. She can't do anything about the design of the rain gauge, which doesn't record precipitation accurately during winds much above 20 mph.

Ordering was easy online. Received what I expected in only a few days. Easy to set up. Works as advertised and as I expected. There were no surprises. I’m very happy with the ease of set up and especially happy that I can monitor my home when I’m not at home. The reviews I read are spot on. I highly recommend the WS-5000.
