Excellent product backed by great support. I tried other brands prior to this that did jot come close to the accuracy of Ambient Weather.

All weather stations they offer have a very detailed description including many pictures which is great. Shipping was in 3 days and was well packaged. The one issue I had was getting a free accessory with the one I ordered. When you clicked to add it, it charged me for it. After several failed attempts I called support who explained it is automatically added with nothing to do on my part. That could have been explained during ordering. Hence the 4 stars.

The replacement outdoor temperature/rainfall sensor I ordered was received quickly, and my weather station is back in action. The one suggestion I have is to increase the font size you use for your written instructions!!

Very impressed with my weather station. Set up not as complex as some reviews led me to believe. Would purchase again.
