Mostly easy to place order

So far so good. Great product at price point. Easy set up after you familiarize yourself with the console menu. Looking forward to adding additional sensors!

Everything going smooth..so far

Poor product, do not recommend. #1 problem, getting the station on to WiFi is ridiculous, #2 the station still will not report to AWN. In this day and age there is no excuse for such poor software. What is really disappointing is these are some of the same issues we had with the Ambient 1902 station from 6 years ago.

Great weather station and a great price. Very accurate and easy to set up

Contemporary design and engineering, unlike a pricier competitor. Quick shipping from Ambient. The unit does everything I want and more. Everyone should have a 2902 !!!

The Ambient Weather Store is a good place to shop for everything weather. It seems to have more details about the products than other sellers. Much more detail. And it gives a good listing of add-ons. And it has a lot of variety of products.
The prices are good and the site is easy to navigate.

I was having issues with the website, but the staff helped me get the ws-2000 I was wanting. The weather information is more detailed then my previous weather station.

While the purchase was smooth the trip to the end user was delayed according to the tracking information provided. No specifics just an addressing issue.

The box was received having already been opened and very poorly taped up. It was bought for a gift and not enough time to return and get new one before Christmas. Hoping all parts are in there and in good condition

Great basic weather station and appears to be quality as opposed for Chinese crap. Temp seems accurate; Relative Humidity indoors seems ok but outdoor is 10% different from weather service and may need to be calibrated in a month; Wind seems accurate for sensor location. Bird spike has zip tie so be sure to dry fit brefore assebly. Customer service very helpful! One drawback is it takes ~ 30-days for the barameter to become accurate and should not be calibrated until after 30-days. This is not in the literature and should be. Display is pretty good (large, clear, uncluttered, colors) but need to find a place to avoid looking at oblique angles. Came quick and easy to assemble. Set up relatively intuitive. After playing with it, it's very nice and it's an older model so it doesn't have sunrise / sunset (but does have moon phase), nor capability for lightning detection. Overall, I'm very happy, especially for the price (cheap types have quality & accuracy issues and those with more features seems to be very expensive--WS1900-A seems to be in the sweet spot). This is my initial review after a few days and one should look at longer term reviews.

Super fast shipping. Very happy so far.

I love my Ambient PWS so much that I bought one for my daughter and her family, which they are already enjoying because of the extremely efficient shipping. (And I appreciate the price, too!)

The tech is wonderful; the website, not always so much. The ordering error was mine, no doubt, but since the system could obviously recognize it, it should have done me the courtesy of alerting me to it so I could fix it, rather than wasting my time and Customer Support’s. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt that it will be fixed by the next time I order something…..

The purchase is a Christmas gift

excellent customer service. needed a change because ordered wrong console. response quick and helpful. pleased!

its online nothing much to say

Can't say anything good, so I'm not saying anything

After having my Weather station for over 2 years now I don't know how I would function without it. For me knowing the temp and humidity is super important for how I cool/heat my house and how I plan my day. I do wish the pressure sensor could be calibrated without having to buy another gage to calibrate against (I live at altitude), but overall I am super happy with the purchase. Due to placement my Wind speed tends to be a little off, but also I want to know what the speed is by my house rather than what the speed is in an open area.
