This purchase was to upgrade from an end-of-life WS2000 to the newer WS2902D. We were disappointed that our Lightning Sensor was not compatible with the new system! Overall the new system has less operational functionality…

Wish I had not updated this WS-2902D. The WS-2902 Had more information and was much easer to read. Takes a 44 page manual to operate the WS-2902D.

Well UPS said the wrong address was on the package so I had to make numerous calls to them to tell them the address was correct and they needed to update their maps! So instead of getting the package on November 16 it finally arrived on the 20! Yea UPS!

Not pleased to have to send even more money when you ended support for my weather station. I already had to replace sensors and buy an ObserverIP to stay operational. Spent almost as much AFTER I switched to AW as I paid for the station itself.

Thid was a n mandatory upgrade due to upcoming cancelling of a the ability of older console’s ability to interact on the internet. Unfortunately, tge upgraded equipment is not capable if handling multiple add on sensors as was the older model. With this upgrade all my extra sensors are not readable either on the consoke norvthe internet.

I’m really impressed with Ambient Weather. The price was great, the online product details were very helpful in making a selection, and the order was fulfilled more quickly than I could have hoped for (it arrived the day after I ordered).

Ordered new 2902D. Works great once setup. Problem setting up in WU in connection with my old 2902. Called Tech support and they helped me through it.

My outdoor equipment works fine, and sends info to my console. I can see all that is going on outside. My problem is getting the network to accept and distribute my wheather info to the outside, like the ambient network. I've spent lots of time trying to get the info online and to no avail. I'm about to give up. I am not able to accomplish this.

The product arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately it was not what I thought it was. I wanted Wi-Fi which this unit didn’t have. After several calls to customer service, they guided me to the right place for an easy return minus the shipping cost. I will order what I want as soon as I can verify the refund. this was a good company to deal with.
