I have been trying to purchase products directly from the manufacturer instead of third party sites like Amazon. I found that Ambient had the same product for the same price, including shipping and was thrilled. When ordering I was also offered a 10% discount if I signed up for their mailing list, which I happily did. Then after my order was placed I found out that they even included an extra sensor that would have been $50 more through other sites! It showed up right on time, exactly as expected. It arrived in time for a big winter storm here and has helped me keep track of things already and I look forward to future use. Thanks!

At the time I ordered my new WS 2902D unit I was under the belief that there would be a buy back of my old WS 2909A unit. That buy back entered heavily in my decision to purchase the D model. After receiving my unit I called for my return number and was told that my unit did not qualify. I was not pleased with that answer. Before buying I call your company to verify this refund policy and was that is was still in affect. I was not caution that the rebate was only for the WS 2909. I probably would not have upgraded at this time.

Spoke with Mat, to do some controller problem solve..He is an aceā¦ the whole attitude of Ambient is upbeat and helpfulā¦The only thing you have screwed up is taking the 1171a off the marketā¦It has the best barometric pressure graph. Really tells the story. I would buy 2 moreā¦What other models have that graph ? Best..Bud Heinrich
