The Ambient Weather Android phone app doesn't work. The Ambient Weather web browser interface doesn't show trends, only current conditions. Weather station is only ever indicated as "offline" on Weather Underground. I followed online troubleshooting advice (e.g., clear browser cache, dis/re-connect the console) to no avail. I would never buy an Ambient Weather station again nor recommend one to a friend. Certainly not a turn-key product.

Rough start: Ordered and installed the replacement rain gauge assembly on my 2902 and the temperature would only read 140 degF. Contacted customer service and Ruth V. was awesome! She diagnosed the problem and sent me the replacement/correct part. Installed and all worked great. 5 stars for Ruth!

The purchase it self was fine. But.... Your web site would not take my current credit card. Checked with the bank, all is okay. It is sometihing on your end that stops the process before it starts. I do not like to use pay pal, and don't appreciate being forced to use it to make a transaction, due to problems in your system, not mine. And getting anyone on the Help Line to understand, I dont need to call my bank, it is your system that is causing the issue. At least from the info that I have got....

The website is clear and easy to navigate. Choices when purchasing a product are also easy to identify and correctly pick. The product was shipped swiftly and arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Setup was smooth and problem-free. I wish all purchases could be like this!

Item seems as if it’s well built and has a lot of features. Not certain the wind speed is too accurate compared to how the 4’x6’ flag is blowing. Very good technical support (seemingly in the US) during my one phone call so far.

Fast, easy ordering and a high-quality product! I'd rather go through a company like yours than a profiteering aggregator like Ama**on. Same price, free shipping and a bonus gift too. What's not to like?
