Website and ordering process where a hassle - one of the worst I've experienced in recent years. I was ordering a replacement 2902 console (with promised future rebate) to replace one that was no longer supported by Ambient. I was blocked from ordering several times by some filtering system Ambient employs to supposedly prevent cyber intrusions. After multiple attempts over several days I was finally able to access the ordering pages and place the order, but the on-line process to request an RMA for my returned console did not follow the detailed instructions I had been emailed. I called Ambient to inquire and was told to do something completely different. Now I'm worried I won't get my rebate. We'll see what happens....

The folks at Ambient were able to help me find the right replacement part for my weather station. I received it promptly and it worked great. No complaints!

I tried to order some items only the air shipment shipping method was available. After a few attempts, the next day I called customer service and they were experiencing the same issue. This was going to be looked into and I would be notified when the order could be placed. I never received a call. I tried agin a couple day later and was able to get through the order but was having issues with the page updating after each entry in the cart. Eventually I was able completer the order. It was a frustrating experience. In the future I will just purchase via Amazon.
Your website in other respects is great. There was all the help I needed for product information, FAQ etc. I am very pleased with the products it was just the sales experience that was frustrating.

Buying the weather station was easy.
I’m having an issue with loosing the wi-fi connection a couple times a week for no apparent reason. Unplugging the monitor from the power source and plugging it back in fixes the issue instantly. Is there a way to remotely fix the wi-fi issue?

Shopping experience went well and delivery was fast. The instrument itself works very well. The only problem is that it’s not possible to read the display while one is lying in bed. The unit’s stand allows the display to tilt too far back.

I received the new weather station promptly. When first needed the online store indicated that it was out of stock and gave a link to be notified when it was available. Never received notification but found it available when looking again. Station information is very informative and it is working as expected.

It was easy to buy your OBSERVERIP 2.0 HUB.
It took me over one week to configure it [working on/off every day or so].
I had to contact Support about 20 times along with reading the online manual for the HUB and paper manual which came with my WS 2902-AOsprey Wi-Fi weather station.
I had to use a laptop pc to configure it, so it was harder than with a cell phone [I don't own a cell phone].
I waas told by a support representitive just yesteday, that I didn't have to do all the steps printed in the paper manual and the online instructios!
- You people SHOULD RE-WRITE ALL THE INSTALL/CONFIGURING INSTRUCTIONS!!!
Most of what I was 'hung-up on' with my install WASN'T NECESSARY.
Very, very, very frustrating.
But after contacting Support either online or on the phone, I Finally got it configured.
