Bought this one to honor my Dad who was a down-range weatherman for Cape Canaveral/Kennedy during the moonshots till he retired. I now use what he taught me and wish I bought this one first instead of another BRAND years ago. Love the online service and even my Wife uses her APP on her phone.

Your web site and store was great. It was easy use and informative in helping us in deciding which unit we needed. We will be installing it on our boat and are looking forward to using the data it will provide.

Device is great but instructions are not clearest in clarity of procedure and clarity on page. Faded black & white images are hard to discern

While the buying experience overall was great. Your website gave me fits, trying to complete the transaction. It was very slow to respond and I have a fast internet connection.
As far as the WS-5000 WeatherStation is concerned, I love it, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I recently purchased a 'WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY' in order to repair a faulty humidity sensor in a two year old weather station. Installation was easy and instructions were good. The station is once again measuring humidity. Initially I had a hard time accessing your website to place my order and view online manuals. Your security software was blocking me. After some back and forth emails that problem was resolved. Thanks Odell and Alix.

I purchased the 2 leak detection sensors after receiving and reviewing the email I received about this new accessory. As it turned out, after waiting for delivery and receiving the 2 leak detection devices, I discovered that they were not compatible with my WC2902C weather station???
