Excellent! Thank you!

Easy to order and very intuitive set up. Simple wifi set up and connection to Ambient Weather Network/App. Ordered a 3rd console for my office!

I like the solid quality of my WS-2092D. It was easy to install and worked immediately. I'm brain dead when it comes to getting it onto AmbientWeather.net and WunderGround.com so I called for support and they had me up and running in no time. I am very pleased.

Great product, easy setup.

Had to upgrade my display/base unit due to my original one (purchased in 2018) no longer being supported by the app.

Like the display layout of the new one with easier to read wind direction and speed and outdoor temperature prominence. They included a remote temp/humidity sensor with the new one which I put in my attic to monitor up there.

I had a WS-2000 that stopped reporting its temperature recently. At 13 months, I was just out of warranty and figured I’d have to buy a whole new unit. Did some research and found the temperature module available and figured I’d try swapping that first. Ordered it, shipping was 3 days and installed it. Worked great, instructions were tiny print, but all up and running for about $30-$35.

So far really enjoying the weather station. Still learning how to use it. It was easy to set up.

Works as designed though changed the leads from anemometer so needed to replace too

Looks great so far very happy with the purchase . Looking forward to storm coming 2-15-23 just not the snow . Thanks for all your help . FRED

Ambient Weather devices are the only ones I have found that allow the user to calibrate the results. This is an essential function, and something the other brands don't have, making them useless.

The shopping experience was like most other online vendors. I chose the model I wanted, went through the online process to purchase, and the item came in the mail. However my problem occurred during setup. I went meticulously through the setup process and most all things were normal except the connection to the atomic clock. I waited about 48 hours and the unit didn't connect, despite placing the sensor in a window facing southwest. So I decided to go through the setup process again and see if that would help. I removed all power from both console and sensor, waited an hour or so and again went through the setup process following the manual guidelines to the letter. This time the sensor would not connect with the console for the outside information. I then performed everything I could think of to get that connection, but no go. So I then contacted your help line, and, after several hours, finally connected with a rep. He and I went through the necessities and still no go, whereupon he told me to send the unit back to be checked. I agreed, but then, as we hung up that call, the unit suddenly connected to the sensor. So I placed the sensor in a southwestern looking window and it finally connected with the atomic clock. Since then, after placing the sensor in a northerly placement outside, it has been functioning normally, yet I worry about when I need to change the batteries in the sensor and have to go though the process again. But since those batteries are lithium, that will be a while down the road.

Wind speed blew off again

Good service and fast shipping. I'm enjoying my new weather station.

Good product

Prompt shipment and unit worked great out of the box. Only reason I didn’t leave five stars is that the manuals and information on their web site is out of date and dosen’t reflect that the as shipped firmware supports BOTH 5 channel display with a graph AND 8 channel display without a graph. Based on the web site I thought I had to load new firmware to get an 8 channel display and when I did this the unit became in-operable. Had to correspond via email to get the correct firmware to reinstall (this version of firmware is NOT posted on the web site. They responded quickly and all is good now!

It was great experience I like the choices for shipping overnight or 2 day.

Fast and efficient delivery. Needed a replacement temperature sensor. Instead of just sending a thermistor they sent the entire module. I just had to remove two screws and connect new temperature/rain guage module with the old transmitting unit. No soldering or rerouting wires etc. Very happy with service and easy to follow directions.

Fast shipping and quality product. Highly recommend.

After less than 3 years in service, rain got into the battery compartment of our WS-5000 outside array, causing issues with battery life. We tried a new battery compartment cover, but it didn't solve the problem. Ruth in Ambient Weather's customer service department had a replacement array shipped to us, so our weather station is back in operation.

All contact was fast friendly and very efficient!!
