For the sensor suite & console, I'm fairly happy, installation was quick and simple, the screen looks great and the instructions were mostly accurate - however, I am *EXTREMELY* disappointed in their WC-FMWAC2K camera to the point I left a specific review on their camera page that AW has declined to publish.
It experiences severe lens flare when the sun impinges on it and the time lapse uses US units with no ability to change to SI or metric units for the weather overlay - and AW has confirmed there's no customer option to change that.
The difference between the existing weather camera and the WC-FMWAC2K is night and day in terms of afternoon/evening acuity. The cheap no-name camera knocks the AW one out of the park, but AW does not see anything wrong with the camera's performance, even compared to the "other" one that must now remain online due to the poor performance of AW's one.

ordered a replacement part for the ws-2902 temp and humidity outside unit. Tech support didn't advise me that the replacement part was for the 2020 and on unit. When called again, they shipped me the correct chip to fix the problem without charge.

I had to call to place the order because online ordering did not work out well - I thought I had completed the online order and then I got a message that the order was still open. After I completed the order through talking to an Ambient rep, I got the same e-mail message saying the order was still open!

Excellent small weather station. Simple to set up and easy to read display. The best of several weather stations I’ve bought over many years and the price is very competitive.

Love this thing, so fun to see the data. Easy to assemble and start-up. I have the sensor in my greenhouse and love following the temp/humidity there from wherever I am....

Weather Station is Simple to set up once you have the pole in place. Devices attach to the Station Base well. My only small problem was calibrating the Barometric pressure.

Purchased the 2902. Up and running within 20 minutes. Really like the display. No issues at all. Now waiting for a storm and rain.
