I decided to take advantage of your 10% discount for subscribing to your emails and ordered a WS-1965 and two WH31E sensors. Unfortunately, it took three attempts to process my order online and as many phone calls before I was successful! Then, I discovered that the discount had not been applied to the whole order. Since I was shorted only $2.53, I decided to leave well enough alone! By the way, I am happy with the weather station so far - it seems to work well!

After purchasing a new WS2000 display unit for $199, to replace my old one which started showing lines, I had to contact Ambient after a week because the new unit is only showing a black screen. After emailing them twice, I haven't heard anything back except the automated response. This is terrible CSR!

The presentation of the weather stations and options is fine. However, I have been researching weather stations for a couple of weeks, and my 10 percent discount lapsed and was lost. Not good.
In completing my order, I had to go through several iterations of changing my address as my billing address and shipping address are different and it was not easy to complete the order that way. The website kept on wanting to make them both the same.
Once ordered, the equipment arrived quickly by UPS Ground. Ambient Weather apparently ships to East Coast addresses from a Pennsylvania shipping location, not Arizona.

In a word, Outstanding! I started with AcuRite 5 in 1 I had fir two years. Thought I was upgrading when I got the Atlas. Big mistake! Never worked right from day one and for the following 2-1/2 yrs. I placed the Ambient WS-2000 in the same location as the AcuRite. The WS-2000 has been running for 5 days with no loss of signal and reporting to Ambient.net and wunderground. I am extremely happy with the purchase and product!

Everything works perfect! I love my weather station. Set up and installation were quick and pairing worked easily. I reduced to four stars because I was really disappointed with the replies I received to questions I sent to AW. Replies were selective (not all my questions were answered) which was very disappointing.

Easy to setup. New display connected instantly to my existing system, and shows a strong signal even over 100 feet away through multiple rooms.

Only a four star due to issues with the site while signed in to my account. There was a database error on the site. I was able to complete my transaction though PayPal.
