A little klunky. Look hard at Amazon and try to emulate. Invest in post sales queries (why do people come back to store for shipping status, returns, etc….

This my second purchase from your firm. First unit worked well for approx. 3 years and the outside temp stopped working. I was never able to get Wi-Fi to work on this unit. I purchased same model (later version) hoping for better result for Wi-Fi, no luck. Still unable to hook-up to computer. Very disappointed.

Technical support was very helpful and I have my weather station back online again.
I like this product support much better than AcruRite. They totally disabled my old weather station.

Received order timely as promised…The two remote temp/humidity (WH31E) synced with my WS-2000 station on first attempt.

I purchased a replacement rain sensor for my weather station. The replacement that was sent does not match the unit that I have, even though the website says it should. Several e-mails back and forth and approaching a week later, I'm still waiting for an answer as to how to remedy my problem.

Very prompt and accurate response to some questions I had about operating my equipment. It was like they were sitting there, waiting for my phone calls.
