We had to replace the temperature sensor in our array. The part came quickly and just what we needed.
But, there were no instructions as to how to replace the old one with the new one. We figured it out, but the lack of instructions was a big disappointment.
Why were there no instructions, Ambient?

Overall I am satified with the purchase experience and the results.
It was difficult to compare different systems one-on-one however.

The website is a bit shaky, there was an error message after payment and a discount was not booked. But Ambient support corrected and solved the issue to my satisfaction. Fast shipping !

Overall, we love it. The hardware install was easy enough, but it the app to work correctly was challenging.

It went well. Although I had to return it due to a fault in the system. I’m waiting on a replacement.
