Great unit except that I didn’t know I have to keep it plugged in to read it from a distance. Otherwise I have to go push a button to light it up. Tough to do in the dark.

I had some problems with the outdoor temperature sensor, but Ambient was very helpful with the troubleshooting, and eventually replacing the weather station. I highly recommend them.

Arrived in a timely fashion. Worked as advertised. I do wish there was a device available that kept tree debris from settling in the collector funnel.

Great product but way too hard to connect to the web. It took hours to figure out how to get it on Ambient site, and I still haven't got it working with Weather Underground!

We ordered the part as suggested and it still does not show the outside temperature. I don't have time to set and reset with no improvement.

Tech support concluded the solar panel needed replacing. I opted to replace the entire array. With the new one installed, I disassembled the old array and tested the solar panel. It produces 8 volts and 12 mA. The internal battery appears to be leaking. I believe the original array, only 2.5 years old, failed due the internal battery failed.
