Excellent product, as expected, and superb delivery. Ordering from the UK, I doubt that I would have received a UK scourced Weather Station as quickly. Excellent.

I have had several Weather Stations, which have had a life, on average of 2 years. This Weather Station, from Ambient, appears to be more robust and was easy to assemble and set up.
I would have preferred to have used a smaller pole, say 1/2 to 3/4 aluminum conduit.
Due to my older eyes I would prefer a larger screen size. I need to get up close to read some parameters.

Received a product which could not have ever worked. the Array and console did not communicate.Tech support was unable to resolve the problem so had me do a return, but had to wait till Monday for the RMA to get approved. The RMA form requested a $21 fee to return the defective piece of equipment. Tech support mentioned that would happen and to call back to get a free return label,
So hours of my time wasted because no one tried the product before shipping it out.

I like the hardware, and everything seems to be running fine. The display is really neat though could be a little better. Biggest complaint is the instruction manual. Clearly written by someone who knows the product inside and out - and left out a few a few important notes for a newby. Some of the parts did NOT match the drawings. And programming would have been far less frustrating with another sentence or two of explanation. The product has matured in two years - unfortunately they are still using the original manual that does not reflect changes..

I have place an order and added my company name in address part, they send it with personal name(without company name), and they don’t accept to send new invoice. In this way I can’t get my order and I lost my money, and they don’t want to cooperate. I sent them several emails..

I placed my order and within a few days it was here. Perfect!
