Great weather station…would recommend over other brands that I’ve owned. Hopefully it will have some longevity.

The weather station is great. Easy to set up and install. Also very simple to connect with Weather underground. The Ambient web site is not great and had to call to get my discount which was not applied on my initial order. Overall I am very satisfied.

Had to order a new console after the original one died. Was disappointed that Ambient Weather didn't offer a repair option. Otherwise, the transaction went well. Only problem I had was with UPS who misrepresented when the unit would arrive.

Everything arrived as advertised. Perfectly packaged, everything handled with care and professionalism. I am seriously thinking to use Ambient Weather as a "One Stop Shopping" place for Christmas gifts for the family. I am really impressed.

Worst experience I have ever had with ANY purchase! My order arrived WITHOUT the AC Adapter so I cannot use my weather station. I called over a week ago and was promised that my AC Adapter would be sent out immediately... STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I emailed NUMEROUS TIMES and received NO REPLY. This SUCKS... hundreds of dollars for a device I cannot use. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

My order arrived quickly, however the display screen was packaged poorly. No fragile markings on package and
compromised packing materials.

The bird spike kit was easy to install. The instructions indicated that you can also bend the spikes inward to keep birds from building a nest in the rain cup. This gave smaller birds ample space to perch between the spikes. After straightening all spikes, the bluebirds still had enough room to light between the spikes. I imagine this is great for larger birds like the doves that frequent my yard.

The WS 2902C is a great product, and their customer service is far and above virtually any site I've ever used. Forget about the other guys. This is the one to buy!

Fell in love with this weather station while on vacation in Maine!! Ordered one and got it the next day...very accurate!! Once I get used to navigating this one I will probably upgrade in the near future but for now this weather station is very reliable and accurate thanks Ambient!!

Had to replace Array after a little over one year of ownership.
Would not run off of internal power. Would kill batteries after 12 hours. New array base instructions were adequate, but synchronizing the new Array to the old base unit was not provided. Had to seek support to instructions on How-To and instructions were vague. Guessed right and it worked.
