Good quick service. Thermo/Humidity sensor did not work. Instructions that came with it were for Wind Speed and Direction sensors. No instructions was not a big deal, but the sensor not working was. I was very careful with the wiring and connectors, and did not damage either when I swapped out the T/H sensor. I reset the array and the receiver, but NO WORKIE! How do I get a refund?

I only rated 4 stars because no tracking information was provided for shipment.

So far so good.... Had a few issues getting holes lined up, overall setup pretty easy. Delivery was quick, like the display, app, and web extension.

Excellent service! Quick shipment of orders! What I received was great! The web pages are good but could be a bit better. It took me a while at times to find what I was looking for.

I bought something, it came, I am using it. That is all.

Very nice product (WS-50-C). I purchased original unit about 4-5 years ago and it finally 'gave up the ghost' and stopped communicating via WiFi (wouldn't factory default reset). New unit works perfectly and I'm back to enjoying the low cost, remotely viewable/accessible weather probes I have at my house (most importantly, the floating spa probe during the winter).

The process of finding the replacement array for my WS-7078 display was not inherently obvious on the website however the assistance from emails got me what I needed. I think at least a discount should be offered for required replacements due to failure just outside the warranty period. There should be a link on the WS-8480 array for the instructions OR it should come with one. The array works great and customer service answered all my questions in a timely manner.

ordering was simple and quick. delivery was a minor inconvenience as they shipped to my billing address instead of shipping address, also added a few extra numerals to the zip code. No delays but required a few extra phone calls.

The weather station arrived quickly. It was easy to setup and get on Weather underground. Plus I like the Ambient weather APP/server. It appears to be working just as I expected.
