I bought a WS-2801A and an extra WH32M temp/humidity sensor. There was a mixup in the warehouse, and the second sensor I received was of the wrong type (a more expensive soil moisture sensor). I had trouble reaching Customer Service by phone and finally resorted to email.
A representative answered my query promptly but required me to show proof that I'd received the wrong sensor (photo of the sensor, scan of packing list). The representative was courteous and did send the correct sensor on receiving proof. Then I had to request a return label for the soil moisture sensor, for which I had no use.
It took a lot of time and effort to get Ambient's mistake fixed, and the delay in receiving the second sensor has meant a two-week delay in getting the WS up and running. The process should be easier and impose less of a burden on the customer.

Easy setup, great display, Good customer service.
Only issue was the URL for setting up the computer is .net not .com. Problem solved works great, waiting for some rain and wind!

This is the second station I have bought from you. Both have read abnormally high humidity, like 99%. Please tell me what you can do for me on this problem.

While more complicated than other makers' weather stations, the support staff at Ambient Weather were extremely helpful with even the most basic questions concerning setup, etc.

First small issue is that it wasn't easy to locate. I only found out about it from a general internet search. It wasn't easy to find once in the store either.

Apparently Verizon is not known enough that one needs to call them to find out the following: if port 80 is open and if 802.11b protocol is enabled.

After doing a bunch of research, Ambient stood out as a premium system.Hard part was which model to go with, and actually reached out to the company and they were quick to respond to my inquiries. Ended up going with WS-2000, primarily due to the display. The system came well packaged, and I got the system set up and running without issue.

I received my WS-8480 weather station, and the wind vane was broken. Contacted support and they sent out a replacement right away.
