I was very pleased with the service and goods received from Ambient. The speed the items were dispatched was beyond expectations. I would not hesitate in using them again or recommend them to others.

I previously owned a LaCrosse weather station. The hardware would normally fail after 2 years (especially rain gauge) and the app was glitchy. I decided to buy an Ambient weather station. It was easy to set up and the app works well. So far, so good!

Customer service is fantastic. I had some parts ripped from my outside unit after hurricane Ian. I didn't really know how to go about getting replacements, until I wrote to Customer service. My unit is back up and working fine.

I purchased a WS-5000-IP. When I place the order I omitted the IP which would’ve ordered the WS 5000 with a tablet monitor. I had no difficulty getting someone on the phone to correct my mistake. The weather station Was relatively easy to set up. after the weather station started running it worked flawlessly for about 24 hours and then started reporting intermittently. The problem was that the RF light on the IP observer was dead. Again I had no difficulty getting support on the phone that helped me through the process to get a replacement. Overall, I was impressed with the ease of correcting my early mistake in the order and replacing a faulty part.

I really enjoy my weather station. I am not traveling much, but still check it several times a day. It gives all kinds of info. I especially like to see the hi's and lows and compare with other forecasts
