Love the equipment! You should offer a replacement program for equipment destroyed in major weather events. You offer a 10% discount after I spend a lot to replace my Ian destroyed station. Not cool.

I replaced a 20 year old LaCrosse Technologies WS 2010. What an improvement! The phone app works great and I love the plotting to view trends. I’m very please with this investment.

Fast shipping and the lowest price, go directly and save. But the console display was DOA (it happens), I called customer service and a replacement was sent the next day. Amazing product and service, very happy customer.

I ordered an Ambient Weather WS-2902C after my AcuRite station was having some issues communicating. I have been impressed with the new station and how easy it was to setup and connect to Ambientweather.net. I would highly recommend this unit.

Ordering on line was very easy. Shipping was free yet I still received it in two days. Assembly was a snap. My weather station was up and running in just a couple of hours.

As for shipping, delivery was prompt. Upon inspection of the sensor array, however, I found a cracked fitting that I suspect was damaged prior to shipping as there was no indication of shipping damage. I notified Ambient Weather and they quickly replaced the unit. I'm happy with your customer service and looking forward to getting my system up and running.

Last month my WS-2902 sensor package gave up.
A week ago the base station gave up.
Both units were easy to replace and my entire weather system is back up and running.
We have owned this station for four years and it wasn't until it was out of service for the duration of the time it took to fill our orders, that we realized how much we depend on the information it provides out here on the farm.
I figure four years is a pretty good ROI.
