Great weather station. Phone app sucks. I have never got the app to work for two weather stations now.

Easy to place order. In stock and arrived quickly. Time will tell on the accuracy of the components.

I was grateful to find the sensor that I needed and at a very reasonable price. Ordering was fine. The only concern or question I had was why I received two emails with different invoices and invoice numbers. I tried calling the company and got no answers so then I was concerned if it was still in business or not. I decided to wait for a couple of days and by that time I did receive the essential in the mail. Powered it up and very happy with its functioning and easy linking to the monitor. Seems to work perfect. Thank you

Love it! Easy set up, great support when I could not get my iPhone to do what it should. Only complaint is that it only works on the 2.4Ghz bandwidth with the router, so you must have separate names/password for your dual band router.

Product works well, good quality, easy assembly. Instructions are written for a tech. savvy genius. it is impossible to connect the unit to the wifi, following your instructions, or any other ones on the internet, as I am concerned this portion on your product is totally useless,. The Accu-rite it replaced that I've had for 10 years worked better. I recommended this unit to my friend and neighbor; he bought one and is just as frustrated as I am. Thanks for the weather station paper weight.

Pathetic. Still awaiting device 9 days after order. No reply to my email to cust service 6 days ago. . Phone inquiry 5 days ago imbecile told me problem was at UPS. Totally untrue. Meantime I've received 6 (6!) emails "welcoming me to the Ambient Community"

I ordered a WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY. After resetting everything, it reads about 20deg F. high on the console. After discussions and me sending pictures with your company, it appears that I was shipped the wrong part. I did receive a RMA# and shipping label which made returning the part easier, but I can't give you much more than 2 stars. I've been happy with my weather station (this is my 2nd one). I hope it holds up a few more years! Tom OBrien

Fast and easy to find the wind cups to replace those damaged by 2" hail on our unit. Quick shipping too.
Now I just have to climb on the roof to replace them! :-)

WS-2000 up and running for a little over a week now and working flawlessly. Took advantage of a 10% discount from Ambient for signing up so the price was good. Mounting directions are strait forward and very easy to understand. I used an old satellite dish bracket to mount about 12’ high off the peak of a shed and all is working great. Wifi hookup was a breeze and easy to follow. Compared reading with a local international airport and all is good to go. Very nice setup.
