Hardware is fantastic. My ask is for a local API or MQTT pub support.

The weather station is great. Pretty easy to get everything set up despite all of the typos and errors in the paper instruction manual.

Purchasing was easy enought, but when they had a sale 17 day after I purchased the unit and the would not refund the difference I was very disappointed in the company.

So far I’m very happy with my WS-2902. Instruction booklet was clear so I had no issue connecting my station to the internet. I really the weather console as I didn’t have one with my previous station. Communication seems to be good even though my house has a metal roof. This station is worth the money to upgrade if you have an older model.

As for delivery, it was delivered in a timely matter. The issue I have is that when UPS delivered the box it was delivered upside down and it was apparent that it had been cut open across the length of the box and both ends. The inside box was not damaged and didn’t appear to have been tampered with. The packaging list stated that there were three items. There were only two. It listed a free gift and that is what was missing . I don’t know what it was but Everything else seems to be ok. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter and SIL. If there is any problem with it when they open the inner box I will be notifying you. Thank you.

Love the weather station, but I sent an email to Ambient Weather asking if it would be on sale soon. I was told it wouldn’t and a week later it was listed as 20% off!

The replacement array arrived quickly and worked after just making a few setting changes. It's great to have good data again.

Don’t buy from Ambient! I ordered a weather station and an external sensor. The external sensor didn’t power up when I put fresh batteries in. The weather station work intermittently. Called tech support and never got through after being put on hold for 30 minutes. When you request a refund. You have to submit an email with photos of the unit then Ambient will respond to your request within two days. On the web Ambient says you have 30 days return policy for any reason. So this system is really inconvenient. If you want to try them I suggest Amazon simply because of their return policy which is much more customer friendly. Finally Ambient will not refund the full purchase price. They refused to refund sales tax. Reakky a bad company.

Very easy ordering and they let me know when product was arriving which came quickly and delivered by a delivery service not the USPS who by the way will leave my packages in the rain. Great instruction book which unfortunately I misplaced. Without it hard to change the time.

I am really disappointed by the product and the customer service provided by Ambient Weather. My 2902 weather station ran as expected for three years, then the rain gauge stopped working. I contacted support and they recommended I purchase a new rain gauge unit. I installed this and now my temperature readings are fixed and do not change. After multiple attempts to contact the support team, my inquiry remains ignored. I have asked for help in fixing the temperature issue and have asked for a small credit so I can purchase a new unit. Ignored. I am extremely unhappy about this and hope all who read understand they will likely not get the support they need from this company.

I’m 78 years old. The older I get, I need to explore and learn about new things. Other than cold, warm, rain, wind or shine I knew nothing. Now I’m learning about when the dew forms, barometric pressure and UV exposure and more. We have to stimulate our brain and thoughts we new things every day. The weather station is not only a learning experience but fun at the same time. Thank you for a great weather station.

Very Easy to order product needed and quick shipping also. Now just need to get monitor reconnected to My AWN Dashboard.

Refining sensors (Relative Pressure) and just getting comfortable with the stations operation. First station so learning everything from the beginning. Having fun.
