Crap product and so are replacement parts. Advising people to not purchase your shoddy products. Can't believe you tricked me into spending even money on a replacement windspeed instrument.

We have really been pleased with our weather station. This is the second we have had from Ambient Weather; wore the first one out. This newer model is much more user friendly and we are loving the extra sensors that we have been able to add!

We lost the cup for the rain gauge with the winds from Hurricane Ian. Ordered the replacement part online and it arrived quickly. Now our weather station reports rainfall again.

Great company to work with. Customer service is excellent. I had ordered on unit and later forund out that I might have problems with ice on the sensor. They issued a refund and recalled that model quickly. I ordered another model and received it in 2 days.

Online purchase was informative and simple, also included an additional sensor as an “exclusive” in their package and simply the best priced. Their follow up to ensure complete satisfaction has been amazing!
Sorry Amazon, you lost on this one!
Although I purchased for my new home, construction won’t be completed for three more months so it will sit un-opened until that time.

The Customer Service representative was fine. My only complaint is that my rain gauge failed less than two years after I bought the weather station. I hope this is not the performance that I should expect from the replacement part.

Want to purchase sw-2000 but no one will answer my e-mails. I wanted to know about substituting in the 3 sensor bundle,if it was possible so it would complement my weather station purchase. I’ve received no answer to my request, maybe I’ll look into Davis instead. Thanks Peter

The 2902C upgrade from the 3000 series did just what it said it would. My purpose was to get an Internet solution and allow access from a tablet remotely using 5 of the 8 channels of temperature probes feeding information from our RV in one spot (the AmbientWeather.net page). Now we can see the information with a quick log in. The only downside is that you give up the number one channel to the console, but otherwise it was a good investment.

The website was glitched on the weekend I tried to enter an order, as it would not go to the order entry screen. I tried next day and found the price had gone up, even though the Black Friday promotion (noted on my prior attempt) was on. I was able to enter the order at the higher price. The order status follow ups were good. So far, the device works great.
