Ordering and delivery process was easy and fast. Setup was intuitive that the essentials (date/time, GPS location, device setup, sensor mounting) can be finished in 15-30 minutes. Internet setup was easy. Getting the sensor array communicating with the console happened automatically (install batteries in the sensors first as instructed before energizing the console). The manual is complete, nicely organized and and clearly written.

WS-5000 Purchase -High quality product & very capable. Fast shipping. Good communications. The price was a very good deal in the Black Friday sale event. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Easy to shop although I wish for add-one to bundles (main weather stations) there were pictures of what the items were for easier identification. Mainly what is the additional display to look like. Other than that everything went smoothly with the transaction.

I replaced my original Ambient Weather WS-3000 unit because it started repeatedly re-starting itself and it wasn't caused by the power supply. I was pleased that Ambient Weather offered the base WS-3000 unit only without the sensors which is what I needed. I was disappointed that the wi-fi modules were out of stock. The purchasing process was smooth and my order shipped quickly by USPS express delivery so it only took a few days to receive my order. I highly recommend Ambient Weather for their excellent customer service.

Got a weather station for my dad, knowing little about them. Setup was reasonably easy but you need to put a bit of time in if you want to share your weather data. Not super impressed with the reliability though. Had to clean it out a couple times from bird messes- you’d think people making a weather station to be mounted on top of a pole would think “maybe we should put those poky wires on top to stop birds from clogging this thing up?” but you’d be wrong. The temperature and humidity sensor seems to have quit after a little over two years, so bought another one hoping it will repair it.
That said, my dad loves paying attention to the weather and having his own weather station and the display inside is large, bright, and easy to read so he absolutely loves it. It’s worth the money and I don’t regret the purchase a bit, I just wish it was a little more reliable but maybe that’s unrealistic for a weather station.

My only complaint would be my unit is not compatible with 5g LTE internet. I would maybe have purchased a non wifi unit if I realized. Love the product otherwise.

I got my weather station quickly, and found it easy to set up. I'm old, and not particularly computer savvy, but if you take your time and follow the directions it's not bad to set up. It seems like a quality unit, and is working well.

Not a product review….yet. Still waiting on my order to arrive. Ordered November 17 and was delivered today, December 5 to PA.
Not super impressed with shipping speed - maybe I’m turning into an Amazon snob but expected faster delivery. Shipping speed not my biggest problem as my order was shipped to PA when I live in IN. Will be calling the team at Ambient tomorrow and will learn what kind of customer service they’ve got. Cross your fingers.

I was scheduled to receive my WS on 12/2/22, but UPS returned the package to the sender due to "A hazardous materials irregularity occurred with this package." Package was received by sender on 12/2/22. I have not been informed of when a new WS will be sent to me.
