Once you get the system hooked to your phone it is a good system, I wish it was easier to hook to your phone.

I got the 2902C to replace an old non-functioning station on the Black Friday sale. Still learning how to use the software. I am very happy with my shopping experience.

Easy to order. My only concern was the high cost charged to mail this to me asap. The item barely weighs an ounce yet it cost over $30 for shipping.

The web experience was terrible but the products are good. A security service called stackpath kept locking me out of the ambient website while shopping for wx stations. With either my phone or my computer, after about 10 minutes of shopping for weather stations Stackpath would lock me out. Then I'd have to wait a day before trying again. I called ambient customer service and they were of no help, they just said they've been getting a lot of bot traffic. Legit customers are getting locked out, so ambient loses those sales. Finally I was able to get in long enough to order a WS2902C weather station and have been happy with the product. I recommed their products but the web experience was terrible. I hope they get their web security service under control.

What is there to rate? I ordered, you sent. I don't think my credit card number was stolen. Box was intact, arrived very quickly. I was a bit confused with features, etc. I thought the price was high. Especially since I received a box that was extremely lightweight. It seems that it would be of more value to rate the product itself, however, this is a christmas present so it has not been opened. I expect it will be a hassle to mount and the tech aspect too difficult for my husband to understand. Finding a place to mount will be near impossible. He will swear. Merry christmas.

Thanks to "above & beyond" customer service/Odell Lopez I was guided to several correct answers and continue to be extremely happy with my older/perhaps legacy/WS-0265 weather stations (70 miles apart). During one such communication with Odell I noticed his extremely quick response was time stamped at 11:59PM!!!
MANY THANKS to Odell and to Ambient Weather!!

WS5000 was simple to,set up and works great. The app makes it convenient to see the dats from anywhere. Looking forward to seeing how long the batteries last and how durable the system is. After the first week I have nothing but praise.
