Generally happy with the product. I am disappointed that I can not see my camera when on cellular but not WiFi. I can stream other live events under the same circumstances. If I can but am doing something wrong please let me know.

The product is great but your directions to install need a lot of work. Honestly the instructions suck. Have for over 3 years.

Absolutely love my new weather station and the platform I got for it. I had a small issue where I had to open up one of the holes drilled in the central post of the platform (I was able to hammer aside some metal that hadn’t been removed), but otherwise it was easy to put together.

I not happy with customer support. I left a message and never received a return call.

Easy to select different components. The description of the component is somewhat lacking with mounting options.
Disappointed in what little was said about the camera . With everything running on AA batteries, surprised to see a short power cord therefore unable to mount all components on the same roof tripod

Bought for grandson. Pole to attach not included and suggestion for which to buy. He has not therefore set it up.

I have wanted a weather station for several years and I finally purchased it. The unit arrived a few days later and I installed it.
The reason I ordered it from Ambient Weather and not Amazon is that
through the company you get an extra WH31E sensor, which I now have to figure out where I am going to put it.,

This is my third unit. The display is easy to read and has all the right info. Really like the 24 hr hi/lo readings. Only complaint is pairing main unit to remote can be frustrating.

Super fast shipping and excellent customer service. I am so glad I bought directly from Ambient Weather as opposed to the big online retailer. I got an extra perk, plus I was able to configure my weather station the way I wanted. They sent me links to learning resources I would not have gotten if I had bought elsewhere. Thanks.
