Still having trouble getting my Android app to connect and provide data to the cloud. Everything looks right, but I get the message on the dashboard that no data is available.
Otherwise, an outstanding product, easy to install and monitor on the console.

The sensor worked well, my slight disappointment was that it didn't come with batteries.

Poor customer service. Email to sales was ignored. Customer service phone is not staffed and no one calls back if you leave a message. Waste of time. Decent products but crappy service.

The Ambient Weather 2902c is a quality weather system. Installation and set up is a breeze, The App has been configured by a genius which makes the system as a whole rate a 10. I have bought many brand X home systems over the years and am now committed to Ambient Weather. I called customer support as a test and a technician answered--this moves the overall rating above a 10!!

So far, 1 month, very happy with purchase. Installation was smooth with good directions and user guide. I really like the WS2000 display, layout and amount of information displayed.

I bought the WS-5000 IP which when it arrived I realised was a mistake as it had no console, which is what I wanted. To send it back to the US and the hassle of VAT paid. I decided that I would purchase a console to go with it. When I found that it was going to cost nearly £400 with post and Tax I was shocked. I was also sent an Indoor Temp, Pressure, Humity sensor which was permanently in Fahrenheit, which they have agreed to replace when one is available. My experience has been somewhat shaken. Would I recommend them? I’ll wait for now!
