The site had a major flaw in that if you logged in, you couldn’t add items to your shopping cart. If there were already items in the shopping cart, they would disappear when logged in. On the WS5000 page there’s a drop down to show additional optional items. Not many appeared when selecting to show them thus questioning the need for it. If after selecting to show them and navigating to another page and then navigating back, the option to show the optional items would be selected, but the items were’t displayed. You had to select No and then Yes again to see them.

The website is full of accurate information about the products that Ambient Weather provides. I purchased a WS-2000 and I’m very satisfied. I’ve had numerous questions about the product that technical support or sales has been more than happy to answer. I would recommend Ambient products to anyone wanting high precision affordable piece of Weather equipment.

Well, it was a shame to have the sensor fail after less than two years, but the customer service was great and shipping was prompt.

I purchased an Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart weather station. The weather station was delivered on time and set-up was easy. The varied weather during the spring season has been easy to track and view on the WS-2000.

Our weather station has been up and running for three weeks. And the crazy weather in Maryland has put it to the test. My family really likes the news of the weather everyday. Thank you.

I’ve had my weather station up for a little over a week at this point. I love it! It was a little apprehensive about but it because I was worried about setting it up but, the was no need for that concern. Installation and setup was extremely easy. All the extensions that I bought paired immediately without any issues. I strongly recommend buying the Ws 5000. I couldn’t be more pleased.
