I purchased an additional console for my WS-2902C. Shipping was prompt and the console was well packaged. The new console connected to the outdoor weather station almost instantly. Very satisfied.

Excellent weather station and so far not having any problems with reporting or connectivity. Great to be able to check my weather remotely from anywhere over the Internet.

Fantastic equipment. Very easy to setup and install. It was all idiot proof so to speak. The instrumentation is precisely accurate. The only thing I would say that wasn't so great is your website is very confusing did poorly laid out. All the accessories and all the other things on your website they are hard to figure out which one goes with what weather station and there's a lot of presumption that you know I can figure out what item goes with what item and so on how and if they match up with your weather station. I would suggest maybe doing a little Focus study to determine the improvements that it could use. Otherwise the products are fantastic. And lastly, your hours should be more in line with West Coast time so the whole country can call tech support or sales at the latest possible times.

Very nice weather station. Excellent seller communication. Quick shipping.
If I had to find something that could be better, it would be the display. At some angles it's hard to see the data on the screen. Of course if that was made better, the price would increase accordingly.

I like the equipment however the directions jump around so it is best to read them first. My biggest problem is I can't get it to connect to the internet, and tech support has not helped.

I realize it was my mistake, but I was disappointed when I found out that I couldn't repair the wind speed assembly on my older 2902a without replacing the array. Especially after I had purchased a wind speed assembly. I've decided to purchase a new weather station instead of the array. I will certainly consider another Ambient, I was pleased with my old one. Just disappointed that I wasted my money. Thanks
