When we needed to replace the array assembly we couldn’t get the $45 exact part because they changed the design. SAME PART NUMBER THOUGH. The old design was $119. Kinda messed up.

Product is great. Customer service is non existent. Does not connect to google devices as advertised. Or if it does I wouldn’t know because customer service won’t respond.

poor quality product, lucky to get 6 months out of hardware.

The WS-2000 is a well designed combination of weather instruments. The Ambient Weather app and Wunderground app works well with the WS-2000. It is a great addition to my personal weather hobby.

It took awhile to find the part that I needed, but once I found it and ordered it I got it in short order. Great service.

The process was largely self installing.

Very well made. I do think the LaCrosse LCD display is a bit nicer but this one is very functional

Excellent setup for the pro-sumer weather geek. I had a high end Commercial system and the main desktop monitor went out. They wanted $1,500 to replace it. I just used the weather server and an iPad I had layin around and that worked ok until the weather server burned out. Almost $900 to get it fixed. At that point I just threw away the real of the system and got the top end Ambient loaded with everything and it cost less than repairing just the weather server. I am very happy with the new setup. The wind speed seems very sensitive though.

I previously owned another brand weather station that I had for almost 20 years. It worked well but provided limited information, basically just temperature and humidity. I did my research and decided to buy the Ambient Weather 2902C weather station. I am very pleased with the way it works. It was easy to setup and it gives me a lot more information than the old weather station. I highly recommend this weather station.

The site was easy enough to navigate. The duplicate emails (order confirmation and then invoice) made me wonder whether I had mistakenly ordered twice. That could be improved.
