Unfortunately the outdoor temperature readings have been intermittently inaccurate during the first 2 months of use, despite trying multiple station locations.

Ambient WS-5000 exactly as described. Setup of instrument super easy. Connection to AmbientS weather reporting easy. Display is colorful. Only thing I’d like is a bigger display.

I needed a new rain sensor and temperature sensor for my ws2000. No where did I see that the rain sensor comes with the temp sensor and that the temp sensor came with the rain. I thought I needed to buy both parts same price. This is stupid. I got the same identical part even though you had it listed on your website as two different parts. Both are being returned. And I am out 16 bucks shipping.

Buying a replacement was easy but extremely dissatisfied with having to replace a console after only 3 years. The exchange program is not much help after you factor in the shipping charges what I got in return was about 12 dollars. Build a better product in the first place & take better cafe of your existing customers. If this one fails I’m done with Ambient Weather.

So far so good. Console and phone app (I used the ambient app) working great. I’m may get another station for our mountain cabin.

Purchased an Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Station. Liked the ability to add additional sensors and purchased 4. Dislike the need for a heater for the ultrasonic anemometer and the fact the heater needs to be hardwired to power. Wireless should mean solar power for the heater is available. WS-5000 setup was easy. Waiting to do final placement outdoors until snow melts enough to access current station pole and bury anemometer heater cable. Everything appears to be working.

Fast delivery well packed. Buying options were good. But would have preferred cheaper slower delivery option than over €80 express. No other option offered though.
