Received an email from a Mr Lopez requesting photos of the damaged 2902C that I dropped. Previously I ordered wind cups that was damaged and received promptly.
After in stalling them I found the temperature was not working and the rain gauge. I took three pictures to attention of Mr. Lopez and have not received a reply. I am satisfied with the unit but not the service from "Support".

Website provided all the information needed to make the best decision for what we needed and wanted in a weather station. It shipped out the next day. And oh my goodness, the manual contains anything and everything you could possibly think of. It’s over 50 pages long and written in an easy to understand way. Very satisfied!

The only problem I had was on the wind vane. The whole had too much plastic in it from the manufacture. Had to ream out with a drill bit. Everything has worked out very well. Shopping
was no problem at Ambient Weather.

Excellent product. Set up instructions are unclear and difficult to complete to say the least. Tech support was inconsistent. I've requested instructions for exchange of my console several times without response.

My experience is both A++ and F++. I love the weather camera and it was easy ordering both it and the weather proof mounting box, A++ there, but charging over $10.00 for the flimsy rubber tubes was a rip off. F++ there. It's the only produce problem I've had with Ambient Weather. On an other level, I've had trouble with the picture posting on the .net site. I've twice requested help through Support, but haven't had any response. F++ for product support. Filling out the "Would you recommend" boxes would be 10 for the produce, minus the rubber tubes and 1 for Support. So I'm posting a 5
