I received my WS 2000 as a Christmas gift and I have been impressed with how easily I was able to set it up and connect it to the Ambient Weather network. I have a good strong signal even though I live in a concrete building. We installed this one on at our Florida home and plan on getting another onefor our home in New Hampshire.

Seems to be a good weather station for the cost. Took a bit to have it link with the wifi system but once I figured out the nuances I was able to connect it easily at its permanent location. Note to self, turn of cell data to connect to wifi the first time

I ordered a new array and it arrived a day later, on a Saturday and shipping was free. The array didn’t have directions but was easy enough to assemble onto the pole I had. It was an easy set up and works like a champ. I recommend this company and their products.

It was kind of difficult to setup , connecting to wifi, and Ambient, I also had camera to setup, instructions in box did not match the online instructions that were emailed me. Plus other setup instructions I ended up getting from another ambient user

Purchasing and delivery was great. Could use better instructions for attaching rain gauge to pole.

Shoppinng experience was decent. Sucks to have to pay for returns. The product, a secondary LCD, was not that good.
