It was only after one of your staff mentioned that you offered a replacement rain guage that I found the solution to my problem. Spare of replaceable items do not appear as a topic on your website.

Store was pretty good. Found what I needed (a replacement console). Shipped and received in a reasonable time.
Set up was a problem, couldn’t find any instruction for replacing or adding a different console. Took a while, and I still don’t think it’s reporting correctly on the internet.

We have installed our weather station on a mast connected to our floating facility at our sailing school and club (Island Sailing). Great system and customer service. Bit of wait sometimes depending on when you call but great help once connected. Very satisfied with the system.

I purchased a weather station to replace my old station that failed after ten years. The Ambient unit is accurate and it was easy to set up,and get online. I would recommend this weather station to anyone that wants a home weather station that provides accurate information and is affordable.

This product is overpriced. While it does function there are many other weather stations that do more and are less expensive. One of the major issues that while it does the temp you have to manually switch to wind chill. Again many cheaper stations can display them at the same time. Which is handy when taking care of my animals. We just had 18" of snow yet it shows no precipitation, I relies it does not measure but no moisture at all. All of these functions are available on less expensive stations, like the one I purchased for my daughter, an AcuRite 5-in-1 Weather Center.
Further more trying to set this up to your weather network is ridiculous. You must need to be an IT person to connect this. The procedure is very difficult to understand. Also, it does not connect to my computer where I need the information. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is that it is physically easy to set up. I guess I am stuck with this inferior station.

The purchase was easy. The instructions were good i've got quite a few questions left. Due to the fact I got the gear at a time when seasonal conditions prohibit installation how well it works will have to wait until weather permits installation.

I almost sent the weather station and sensors back, because I did not think that I could view everything online. I am so glad that I didn't, because the WS 2000 has done everything that I was looking for. I have all the weather station data, plus 3 sensors in my greenhouse that I can monitor online. I just discovered a new feature. I can look at history incase I might have missed some data.
