Service was great on the replacement sensor array. I hope the replacement is more robust than the original. It lasted less than 2 years. The station is on a remote island in the Bahamas. IHOPET6 is the identifier. It will be early May before I get back there to install the new array. Thanks for the help, Bob Hamilton

Fast shipping, and I appreciate the refund for the upgrade/exchange of an older console.

I was replacing an older model that worked well for over five years, which had a receiver with an ethernet connection and a console. The new console must be on wifi. I have a very new, high quality router, but had problems with the console losing connection and having to reset at least twice per day. The app also had problems. I contacted customer service and heard nothing. In the end I just went back to the old ethernet receiver to send data to Weather Underground. In case anyone is wondering, the older console works with the new weather station (so now I have two consoles). The old console is also nicer in several ways. Not as high res (but who needs high res when you are just showing big numbers??), but it has a nice graph on it. The new one has no graph and terrible viewing even from a slight angle so I’m glad I still have the old console. The new weather station seems fine, but the new console is a big step down and doesn’t work with my router. So if you have the older system and need to upgrade, I suggest just getting the new station and save the $50 for the new console. Setup will be a lot easier too.

Excellent and easy.

I ordered a replacement wind speed sensor unit after the existing sensor was blown off during a wind storm. The order was quickly mailed out and received. It was very easy to install the replacement part.

Very easy to follow instructions for assembly and set up. Lot of data to view and fun to follow.

This the second one we purchased. First one was for my father, who was a pilot and avid weather watcher. My husband liked his so much, I got one for him.

Green help

I tried several times to order a ws-2000 weather system like four or five times. I could not reach customer service and all I could get was a call back number. I finally got a hold of a customer service person and put my order in. I'd say they were average. I just set up my system and like it but I have several technical support questions. I do not want to go through the hassle I was trying to get answers when nobody answers the phone. So I would give phone support only two stars you need to improve your customer service!!! Your website support is also not good as it doesn't answer hardly any questions at all. Overall I'm happy with the product but not the customer service.
I've only had my system for about a week now.

Some of setup was difficult

Horrible support. I've gotten better support from a guy in India named "Steve" who didn't speak English. If I didn't have as much invested in the equipment, I would dump it in the garbage and start all over.
