The shopping experience was great. Purchased my second weather station 4 years after purchasing my first generation WS-2902. Looking for this WS-2000 weather station to give me many years of good service. I already like the fact that this model can work with up to 8 additional sensors and I plan to purchase more. Purchasing is very easy and strait forward. Thanks.

Very easy shopping experience, and the shipping was fast and efficient. The bird spike accessory for the rain gauge was a bit tricky to assemble, and the instructions could have been better. The WebCam is excellent, but the instructions to upload images to Ambient Weather were poor. You have to find out from the Ambient Website to use ftp://ftp.ambientweather.net for uploads. Not good, and should be included in the instructions/software. After all, this is your branded camera!

Ordered a replacement Weathervane for my WS-2902 because mine was broken. Item was delivered by UPS incredibly quick, I'd say in two days. I got it before the large Southeast winter storm Izzy came through, so it came just in time.

Ordered the replacement funnel as mine somehow loosened and blew away. The funnel came within a few days, fit perfectly and works great again. Thanks you Ambient.

i believe I followed the directions completely. I also did a lot of verification before reaching out to support. Supports communication was sparse at best. At one point, after feeding support a lot of data, the system started working properly w/o any action on my part.

I have 2 Ambient Weather stations and I love them. The best part is the ability to read them remotely.

I purchased a weather station from ambient after a disappointing experience with another brand previously.
Ambient has been close to perfect in terms of support, information and response to customer requests.
After two years a component failed and I was able to purchase a replacement reasonably priced with fast trouble free and free shipping, I was able to replace the module just 4 days after ordering the component.
I have purchased ambient products for family members and based on my experience I highly recommend this company and products.

Mount is made very well. I also purchased the extension for it. The extension does have a little play in it, but held up to 40 mph winds today. Would def recommend. I installed this on the gable on my house.

The rain sensor stopped reporting after 4 months. Not happy. Going to try to get a replacement.

This shopping experience was great. Easy to place the order and arrived quickly. Well packaged and arrive in good condition. Works well and connected to my weather station very easily. My only issue was that this item was out of stock about a week prior and I had requested an email when it came back into stock. I did not get one. I just rechecked the status on a whim. I would have been upset if I had missed the availability window because they did not send the email.
