I received a recommendation from a friend, so I felt I had good reason to purchase this weather station. I got it just before Christmas 2021 and have now had it installed for a couple weeks . I am thrilled with my ambient weather station ! From purchase to enjoying the digital read out I am happy to have made the decision to purchase! Thank You

I cannot make the weather station talk to the indoor display. Instructions in the manual seem unnecessarily confusing, and I have had no response to my email for support. I hope my experience improves and I can change my rating.

Finding what I wanted was easy and it arrived quickly with really good instructions. The technical manual for the system was one of the best I have ever read.

Three stars because of your website. For 4 days I tried multiple times to place an order with no luck. Nothing would load in my cart but I received two emails that I had items in my cart. When I would check, the cart was still at zero. I reached out to support to check my account in case there was an issue not letting me add to my cart. The reply was that it would be sent on to the Tech people and that I could call to place the order. Replies to my couple earlier emails ended with [place your order online]. I tried. This was irritating. In the end, I did call to place my order and the man was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I give him 5 stars.
