Ordered a replacement array for my WS2000. Item arrived quickly and in good condition. I had a little trouble syncing the new array to my console but using the support articles I was able to get things set back up in short order. Definitely would recommend Ambient weather stations for your weather monitoring needs!

Works right out of the box. First impression is that the unit is very light not sure how long it will last probably won’t last as long as my Davis Instrument vantage pro2.

Ordering on the store was easy, but the weather station didn't work and I have spent several days with customer support discovering that I need a new system. When I received it the original purchase, the console had no protective film on the screen and several scuff marks. Hard to tell, but I got the feeling that this was a returned product that was sent back out without testing.

This is the seventh or eighth time they’ve asked for a review. I’ve even reviewed once. Previously, I said that they were not very accurate. I gave them three stars. I’m deducting two stars for continuing to harass me to review their product.

I found it easy to find the part I needed on the website. I was. Dry pleased how quickly the part was delivered. Good job Ambient Weather!

Product quality is good.
Instructions and software are not.
Q code that comes with the camera sends you to software that does not function.
Had to get with product support multiple times to get the correct link. Some functionality software is limited to a desktop/laptop. It will not function on an iPad etc. I have yet to figure out how to save time lapse sequences. Very vague guidance. Tired of reaching out to support at this point.
