I ordered it, I got it.
I would conclude that exchange happened as expected.

Works perfect. A few issues with getting things to read properly but the tech team answered the phone and walked us through the steps. Very happy with the purchase. Easier to set up than Davis by a mile!

Initial support contact was easy and fast. Support tech was knowledgable and helpful. Replacement console was ordered online. Very fast delivery of ws2902d console, console setup easier than the ws2902c, because it uses a web interface, not an app. Console works perfectly.8

Definitely not user-friendly. Took 3 days to get the system to get to my internet. The camera I got.I still haven't got it up.Keep sending me to different website and it wants numbers that don't exist, not real. Happy with that. Not user-friendly at all.

It was very confusing. Based on emails, I ended up creating a duplicate entry for my boat Wandering Star. Now I can't seem to remove it. I'm not sure if I double paid or not.
