Outstanding customer support. Understood the problem I was having, identified a fix right away and got the part sent out right away. Best news...it fixed the problem.

The recently purchased WS-2000 with lightening sensor has been everything we hoped for. Easy to assemble and setup. Appears to be very accurate straight from the box. Only complaint so far has been a setup question to customer service which went unanswered but in general very satisfied with the purchase.

My shopping experience was great. Installation, however, not so much. The holes on the array did not line up which required my husband to grind off a small amount of the top of the array arm to allow the Allen bolt to line up and secure with the nut.
The directions say to attach the rain gage with 2 U-bolts and 2 were included. However, only one holes for 1 were molded in the bracket.

Weather system works great; however, installation instructions regarding the pole size for mounting the device were incorrect requiring multiple trips to the hardware store.

The system is great - however one of the pieces of tubing was drilled incorrectly, so I am in the process of rectifying this.

Haven't received the part yet. Likely due to late January winter storms and no fault of Ambient.

I was able to use this new replacement array easily by simply charging the wind vein and wind cups. I put new batteries in both the array and the base. then reprogrammed them.
This is making my five year old system like new again! 👍😎

Purchased a part for my weather station, recommend by your technician and now it is 2 weeks, have not received it, have sent email, tracking stopped, no one will assist me. Just like no one will respond to this review!!! Never do business with you again!
