Easy purchase experience and amazing weather stations!

The purchase was OK, but the reason that I had to buy the rain gauge for the second time within 4 years belabors the quality of the product. Also just had one of my soil moisture gauges fail. If asked, I would not suggest your products to my friends.

Works well. Uncluttered, simple and gets the job done smoothly and efficiently.
For items that have a backlit function. A photo of that would be helpful.
I’d also like to have the manual on the product page because the product description is not very detailed.

The Ambient Weather website store is very easy to use and has a great selection of replacement parts for my WS-2902 weather station.

All fine except for processing offered discount. Clicked on tab to receive 15%(?) off, thought I was all set.
Found out at checkout that I still had to do MORE. AND DID NOT RECEIVE DISCOUNT. Felt a little sneaky. Should be easier.

Fixed the noise and low voltage coming from the original power supply. The original lasted about 5 years.

Your site made it easy to select the appropriate weather station and the entire purchasing process was very smooth. My station has been up and running for a month now and I absolutely love it. It's fun to see the station in the Ambient Weather app as well as the Wundergound site.

Generally a good experience , could have been better with when it was shipped , a little disappointed that my ws-2902c console only lasted 3 years , although i like the system and find its very accurate . The instructions on linking the console to your wifi was very vague , had to get on utube to find how to do it .
